Rachel, born in Tamworth and raised nearby in Currabubula, has been local to the Tamworth region her whole life. She loves the area for its natural beauty and the genuine community feel the people in the region foster.
Rachel, who has an extensive background working with retirees as well as seniors, joined Tamworth Gardens in 2018. She has had a wide range of experiences working across all areas of the estate during this time. Rachel is a mother to five beautiful children and has loved every hectic minute of raising them.
In 2023, Rachel was promoted to Sales Manager and loves working closely with people as they consider the retirement lifestyle at Tamworth Gardens. Rachel has a bubbly and can-do attitude, is a positive thinker, and loves being part of the active community that has formed at the Estate. Above all, Rachel has a passion for customer service and prides herself on providing the best service.
Mark grew up in country New South Wales before moving to Sydney to pursue further study and career opportunities. He has now called Tamworth home for more than 25 years, while building extensive experience across the hospitality and purpose-built accommodation sectors.
A proud father of two, Mark brings a thoughtful, service-focused approach to his role as Estate Manager, with a strong emphasis on resident wellbeing, connection, and community. He is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment where residents feel valued, respected, and at home. Through building relationships and fostering a strong sense of belonging, Mark continues to strengthen the vibrant community spirit that makes Tamworth Gardens such a special place to live.
