What is the Estate Manager’s role?

The Estate Manager is your primary contact for any assistance you require. They look after the day-to-day management of the estate to ensure everything is running smoothly and that services are provided in a friendly, effective and efficient manner.

How are residents represented?

The estate has a dedicated Residents’ Committee — a volunteer group who meet regularly with the Estate Manager and Gannon Lifestyle Communities management to ensure a regular flow of information and that resident proposals or concerns are addressed. The Committee also helps organise social activities and groups. The Directors and CEO of Gannon Lifestyle Communities regularly visit the estate to attend resident functions and meet with residents in person. We hold two full resident meetings each year, plus quarterly meetings with the Residents’ Committee.
